Kent spent 9 years in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor, Partner and Regional Development Director for a large Fortune 500 company, and a Wealth Advisor and Partner for a local firm in Boise before starting his own financial planning business. Kent has a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management with a minor in Marketing from Boise State University, and completed two years of Bible college prior to attending BSU.  

Kent has been featured as an economist on KMJ radio in California and a recurrent guest speaker for Fortune 500 investing clubs.

He currently lives in Boise with his wife and daughter. Kent is also a lapidary craftsman and loves to get outdoors to fly fish and white water raft.
